Join Pilu from Pilsplace, a passionate culinary storyteller and experience designer, for an immersive hands-on cooking experience that goes beyond just Paella and Sangría. Discover the secrets of traditional Spanish cuisine, from tapas to desserts, and enjoy a fun, engaging atmosphere with plenty of wine, laughter, and of course, olive oil!

🍷 What to expect
As you arrive, we’ll welcome you with a traditional Spanish aperitivo: Gildas (a classic Spanish tapa) paired with a selection of premium Spanish cheeses and wines, setting the stage for a fun and flavorful evening. Then, we'll roll up our sleeves and prepare:

• Pisto Manchego - A delicious veggie-packed dish, Spain’s answer to ratatouille, topped with a fried egg
• Gazpacho - A refreshing Andalusian cold tomato soup, ideal for summer
• Tortilla de Patata - The iconic Spanish potato omelette (with onions, of course!)
• Albóndigas en Salsa - Savory homemade meatballs in a rich Spanish tomato sauce
• Flan de Huevo y Caramelo - A creamy custard dessert with a perfectly caramelized top

Finally, we’ll gather around the table to share the dishes we’ve prepared together - just like a true sobremesa (the Spanish tradition of enjoying conversation and good food). Registration for the cooking class is binding. The course fee remains payable even in case of illness; however, tickets can be transferred to another person. Unfortunately, last-minute cancellations are not possible. Please refer to our Terms and Conditions.
